Perfect for rainy and cold days, enjoying a good family conversation. The chicken stew is the perfect companion at mealtime thanks to its homemade flavor.

Ingredients

  • 6 mollejitas of chicken

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 15 grams of peppermint

  • 3 carrots
  • 1 squash
  • 130 grams of bean
  • 50 grams of coriander
  • 1/3 of piece of cabbage
  • enough of Water
  • to taste of lemon
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 6 garlic
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of chicken bouillon powder
  • to taste of Tender corn optional

    Preparation

    Wash the chicken and all the vegetables separately (cut the tails of the vegetable).
