Ingredients

  • 6 mollejitas of chicken
  • 2 chicken wings
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 15 grams of peppermint
  • 3 pumpkins
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 chayote squash
  • 130 grams of green bean
  • 50 grams of coriander
  • 1/3 of piece of cabbage
  • enough of Water
  • to taste of green lemon
  • 1/4 of onion
  • 2 potatoes
  • 6 garlic
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • to taste of chicken bouillon
  • to taste of Tender corn optional

    Preparation

    Wash the chicken and all the vegetables separately (cut the tails of the vegetable).
