Ingredients

8 portions
  • 6 mollejitas, of chicken

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 2 chicken legs
  • 15 grams peppermint
  • 3 pumpkins
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 chayote squash
  • 130 grams green bean
  • 50 grams fresh coriander
  • 1/3 cabbages
  • enough Water
  • to taste lemon
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 6 garlic
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • to taste chicken bouillon
  • to taste Tender corn, optional

Preparation

Wash the chicken and all the vegetables separately (cut the tails of the vegetable).
Chop the vegetables in squares or thin julienne, disinfect for 10 minutes.
Chop the onion in small squares. Boil the chicken in the saucepan where you want to make the stew and add the onion, chicken broth, salt and garlic.
Boil the potatoes separately, if you want to add corn (corn) cook with the potatoes. Wait 10 minutes after putting the chicken to cook and add the chopped and disinfected vegetables.
Add salt to the cooking and wait 40 to 45 minutes at the boiling point. Remove from heat and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve in a deep dish and add a few drops of lemon.
