Blend spreadable cream cheese, garlic and 2 chilies until smooth. Cut the remaining chiles into strips.
Heat 1 tsp. of the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add half of the chicken; cook it stirring for 3 min. or until it loses its pink color. Take it out of the pan. Repeat this with the remaining oil and chicken; Cover the chicken to keep it warm.
Place the onion and chili strips in the pan; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally. Add the chicken and the cream cheese sauce; Stirs everything. Cover the pan; cook this at low heat for 13 min. or until the chicken is cooked and the mixture is completely hot; stir it occasionally and add the shredded cheese for the last 3 min. of cooking. Serve with the tortillas.
