  • 1/2 teaspoonful of black pepper for the sauce
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of cumin for the sauce
  • 4 pieces of chicken Milanesa (breaded) flattened
  • 1 Cup of asadero cheese in canes
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • enough of sour cream to decorate
  • enough of avocado in cubes
  • enough of epazote fried, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the sauce, in a saucepan over medium heat, heat the oil and add the onion, add the garlic, the tomato, the chilies and cook for 10 minutes. Add the chicken broth and the epazote, cook 5 minutes more and cool slightly.
    Blend the previous preparation with the beans, cream, salt, pepper and cumin until you get a sauce.
