Chicken Thigh Skewers with Yellow Lemon and Rosemary

Make these Lemon Chicken Thigh Kabobs and give your chicken recipes a twist. Season them with a little rosemary to give them a Mediterranean flavor.

Ingredients

2 portions
  • 2 chicken thighs
  • 5 yellow lemons, thinly sliced
  • 1 bunch fresh rosemary, little
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 butterhead lettuce
  • 4 plums
  • 5 fresh figs
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper

Preparation

Bone and cut the chicken thighs into strips.
Insert a skewer stick, piercing the thigh strip.
Place the skewers in a baking dish and add the lemons cut into thin slices, add rosemary. Season and finish with a little olive oil, mix.
Heat the pan to high temperature, and seal the skewers, until they are well cooked.
Cut the figs and plum into quarters, chop the lettuce with your hands. Prepare a bed with the fruits and lettuce, place the skewers on top of it and also some lemon slices.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the lettuce that you like the most.

TIPS

Add just a little olive oil to season the dish.
