Preparation
Cook the chicken and tomatoes.
Fry the chorizo with the onion in little oil and then add the tomatillos.
Mix in the blender the tomatoes with the chipotle pepper, a little water (it can be the water where the tomatoes were cooked or a little chicken broth), seasonings if desired (cubed tomato broth, garlic, onion) and Salt.
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, including the shredded chicken.
Let dry a little and serve in tacos or toast.
