Ingredients

6 portions
  • 2 cubes Knorr Tomate® tomato bouillon
  • 4 chicken thighs, without skin
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut in small squares
  • 1 branch celery, washed and disinfected, without leaves and sliced
  • 1 cup leek, washed and disinfected, chopped
  • 2 carrots, washed and disinfected, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Maizena® cornstarch

Preparation

In a pot over high heat sauté the chicken in the oil until it takes a light golden color on all sides. Lower the heat and add the onion and garlic. Move constantly until acitrone.
Add the carrot and cook it stirring constantly for a couple of minutes. Then add the celery and pore, integrate well and cook for 5 more minutes stirring constantly.
Pour into the pot 2 cups of water and season the stew with the cubes of Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning. Integrate everything well, cover the pot and cook for 25 minutes. Dissolve Maizena® corn starch in the remaining half cup of water, pour into the stew and integrate. Boil to thicken.
