Preparation
Cook the chicken in water with salt, garlic and onion.
Grind the tomato with the onion, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and oregano, marinade with the mixture of the cooked chicken.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick.
Cook the potatoes in salted water and fry them in lard.
Cut the chorizo into slices and fry them but with their own fat.
Fry the previously marinated chicken in the butter.
Serve the chicken with the potatoes, chorizo, lettuce and pickled chiles.
