Ingredients

  • 5 chicken legs, and thigh
  • 4 potatoes
  • lard, sufficient quantity
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 grams sausage
  • 4 tomatoes, roast
  • 250 milliliters chicken soup
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1/2 rajas cinnamon
  • 1 clove
  • 2 black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 cambray onions
  • lettuce, sufficient quantity

Preparation

Cook the chicken in water with salt, garlic and onion.
Grind the tomato with the onion, vinegar, cinnamon, cloves, pepper and oregano, marinade with the mixture of the cooked chicken.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices half a centimeter thick.
Cook the potatoes in salted water and fry them in lard.
Cut the chorizo ​​into slices and fry them but with their own fat.

If you want, you can suspend the chorizo ​​but it is not recommended since this gives it a lot of flavor.

esta receta ya la hice también nada mas que no la he podido subir por que la compu no quiere la memoria del cel pero en cuanto lo pueda a reglar subo las evidencias

sabe riquisima tanto con chorizo como sin chorizo de echo la voy hacer mañana para la hora de la comida
