Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo chicken wing
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cups BBQ sauce

Preparation

Wash the chicken wings and cut in half.
Dry the wings well.
Mix the flour with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Place aluminum foil in two baking trays and preheat the oven to 220 degrees centigrade.
Pass each wing through the seasoned flour and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the wings are crispy. Remove from the oven.
Dip each dish in the bbq sauce and place in a platter. Pour the remaining sauce over the wings.

TIPS

They can be accompanied by blue cheese or ranch dressing.
