Change the common way of breading with this chicken recipe, perfect to eat as a crispy snack, with delicious creamy dressing and spicy. With this dish, you can't believe how versatile McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing is and use it for dressings and breaded. To make these boneless chicken more crispy, you can make them breaded twice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Aderezo de mayonesa McCormick®
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons hot sauce
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup corn flakes, to breach
  • 1/2 cups tortilla chip, to breach
  • 1 cup ground bread, to breach
  • 2 cups chicken fajitas, to breach
  • enough oil, to fry
  • 1 cup Aderezo de mayonesa McCormick®, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons macha sauce, for the dressing
  • enough celery, and carrot, to accompany

Preparation

Mix McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing with garlic powder, onion powder, vinegar, hot sauce, and season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Place the corn flakes, tortilla chips and breadcrumbs in a resealable bag, crush with the help of a rolling pin and reserve.
Dip the chicken fajitas in the mayonnaise and breaded mixture.
Fry the fajitas over medium heat for 5 minutes, or, until cooked, place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
For the dressing, mix McCormick® Mayonnaise Dressing, cream and macha sauce.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with celery and carrot dressing.

TIPS

To achieve more crunchy boneless, you can double-breach it.
