Ingredients

20 portions
  • 3/4 cups crackers , in fine crumbs
  • 1/3 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoons black pepper, milled
  • 1 kilo chicken wing
  • 1/3 cups Dijon mustard

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix the crumbs of cookies, parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika and pepper on a plate.
Spread the chicken wings with the mustard; then, rub them in the crumb mixture. Place them on a greased baking sheet.
Bake the wings for 35 to 40 minutes or until they are golden brown and fully cooked, turning them after 20 minutes in the oven.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
