The wings are ideal to share with all your family and friends, they are a very economical and a delicious snack, prepare these crunchy wings covered in a BBQ sauce with a touch of chipotle and whiskey, served with a ranch dressing.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1/2 Cup of ketchup
  • 1/4 of Cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of raw sugar
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey
  • 2 spoonfuls of old mustard
  • 3 spoonfuls of worcestershire sauce or English
  • 1/4 of Cup of Apple vinager
  • 1/4 of Cup of whiskey
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 kilo of chicken wing clean
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of cornstarch
  • enough of oil to fry
  • to taste of vegetable in canes like carrot, jicama and cucumber
  • to taste of dressing ranch, to serve

    Preparation

    For the BBQ sauce, heat a pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic and add the ketchup sauce, the marinade of chipotle peppers, the brown sugar, the honey, the mustard, the worcestershire sauce, the vinegar, the whiskey, Cayenne pepper, onion powder and cook until thicken. Season to your liking with salt and pepper and reserve.
    In a bowl season the chicken wings with salt and pepper, cover with flour and corn starch, remove the excess and reserve.
    Heat a deep pot with the oil, fry the wings until they are well cooked, remove from the pot and place on absorbent paper to remove excess fat.
    In a bowl, mix the BBQ sauce with the wings until they are well covered.
    Serve the wings with vegetable canes, ranch dressing and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the wings on paper and serve with vegetable canes and ranch dressing.

    TIPS

    You can marinate the chicken wings in milk with paprika so they are softer and juicier.
