Fried buffalo wing wings with a unique homemade flavor. Perfect to enjoy a weekend in the company of your family and friends. An easy-to-prepare snack that you will surely love.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon of White vinegar
  • 3/4 of Cup of buffalo sauce hot spicy
  • 1 teaspoonful of white pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt of celery
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of raw sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of English sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of guajillo chili pepper powdered. (dissolved with a little of the mixture of the previous ingredients.)
  • 1 tablespoon of buffalo sauce traditional
  • 1 teaspoonful of achiote
  • 3 pieces of green lemon just the juice
  • to taste of Salt
  • 1 kilo of chicken wing cut in half
  • enough of oil to fry

    Preparation

    Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the ingredients one by one except salt, lemons and wings. Kitchen for 5 min. Let it cool.
    In a bowl place the cleaned wings, add salt and the juice of the lemons. Add the mixture and mix well.
    Let stand half an hour in the refrigerator.
    Heat enough oil in a saucepan and add the marinated wings. Let cook 20 to 25 minutes depending on how golden you want them. Drain and place in a platter.

    PRESENTATION

    Add English sauce, maggi sauce, tajine, hot sauce and lemon to taste. You can place a bed of lettuce or grated carrot.

    TIPS

    To improve the taste you can leave it longer in the refrigerator. Accompany with sticks of celery, carrot and ranch dressing or the one of your preference.
