  • 1/2 cups butter, melted, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 3/4 cups buffalo sauce, hot spicy
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt, of celery
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon raw sugar
  • 2 teaspoons English sauce
  • 1 teaspoon maggi sauce
  • 1 tablespoon guajillo chili, powdered. (dissolved with a little of the mixture of the previous ingredients.)
  • 1 tablespoon buffalo sauce, traditional
  • 1 teaspoon achiote
  • 3 lemons, just the juice
  • to taste salt
  • 1 kilo chicken wing, cut in half
  • enough oil, to fry


Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the ingredients one by one except salt, lemons and wings. Kitchen for 5 min. Let it cool.
In a bowl place the cleaned wings, add salt and the juice of the lemons. Add the mixture and mix well.
Let stand half an hour in the refrigerator.
Heat enough oil in a saucepan and add the marinated wings. Let cook 20 to 25 minutes depending on how golden you want them. Drain and place in a platter.


Add English sauce, maggi sauce, tajine, hot sauce and lemon to taste. You can place a bed of lettuce or grated carrot.


To improve the taste you can leave it longer in the refrigerator. Accompany with sticks of celery, carrot and ranch dressing or the one of your preference.
