One of the best snacks to share is, undoubtedly, a good bowl of wings. For this reason, we share this recipe of garlic and Parmesan wings that have no spicy, but a delicious garlic flavor and a touch of pepper and lemon.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 4 spoonfuls of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter melted
  • 3 spoonfuls of seasoning pepper and lemon
  • 3 spoonfuls of garlic in flakes
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan crumbled
  • 3 spoonfuls of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 kilo of chicken wing clean
  • 3 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of cornflakes chopped
  • enough of spray oil
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan finely grated
  • 2 spoonfuls of seasoning pepper and lemon

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. (392 °F)
    Wrap the garlic head in aluminum foil and bake until the teeth are soft and you get a paste.
    Place the garlic paste in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, butter, pepper and lemon seasoning, garlic flakes, Parmesan and finely chopped parsley. Reservation.
    In a bowl place the wings and sprinkle the garlic, flour, Parmesan cheese, the cereal flakes. Mix well.
    Bake the wings with a little oil spray for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and place the wings in the garlic and parmesan mixture that you prepared before sprinkle with more parmesan and lemon and pepper seasoning. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve sprinkled with more cheese and parsley.

    TIPS

    You can fry the wings if you wish.
