  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce, or English

  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 kilo chicken wing
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/4 cups cornstarch
  • enough vegetal oil, to fry

  • to taste dressing, low calorie ranch
  • 1/4 cups whiskey


For the BBQ sauce, heat a pot over medium heat with the butter, cook the garlic and add the low calorie ketchup sauce, the marinade of chipotle peppers, the sugar substitute, the honey, the mustard, the Worcestershire sauce, the vinegar , whiskey, cayenne pepper, onion powder and cook until thicken. Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside.
