We give you the best recipe of Adobo Marinated Wings that you can prepare from a marinade of dried chilies, ideal to accompany with vegetables and an exquisite dressing of blue cheese. Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of chicken wing
  • 1/2 cup of lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons of chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons of macha sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper with lemon
  • 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 4 guajillo chilies clean, deveined and soaked in hot water
  • 3 morita chili peppers clean, deveined and soaked in hot water
  • 1/4 of cup of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 4 cloves of garlic roasted
  • 2 tablespoons of allspices
  • 1 tablespoon of cumin
  • 1/2 onion grilled
  • 1/4 of cup of lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • enough of blue cheese dressing to serve
  • enough of celery on toothpicks for serving
  • enough of carrot on toothpicks for serving

Preparation

In a bowl mix the wings with lemon juice, paprika, chilli powder, salsa, season with salt and pepper with lemon, marinate for 30 minutes in teh refrigerator.
Heat a pan over high heat with the oil, fry the wings until golden brown. Remove from the pan and reserve. Wash the pan with Salvo® more power *, expert cuts fat. * vs Salvo Cleaning and Care.
For the adobo, liquefy the chiles with the peeled garlic, the fat pepper, the cumin, the onion, the lemon juice and the butter until obtaining a smooth sauce.
In the same pan, cook the marinade until slightly reduced, add the wings and cover with the sauce, cook a few minutes. Remove and serve with blue cheese dressing and vegetable sticks.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the dressing in the on a round plate.
