If you like strong flavors, you can prepare this recipe of wings in Mango Habanero sauce, which will become your favorite spicy snack. These crispy wings have beer, habanero, mango and you can decorate them with slices of fresh habanero.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 kilo of chicken wing clean
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powdered
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • enough of vegetable oil to fry
  • 3 pieces of habanero pepper roasted, for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of lemon juice for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of dark beer for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of BBQ sauce for the sauce
  • 1/2 piece of mango cut into cubes, for sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of White vinegar for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the sauce

    Preparation

    Place the chicken wings in a bowl and sprinkle with flour, onion powder, salt and pepper, mix very well.
    Heat a deep pot with the oil and fry the wings until they are cooked on the inside and crispy on the outside, remove from deep frying and drain on absorbent paper. Set aside.
    For the sauce, blend habanero chile with lemon juice, honey, dark beer, mashed sugar, BBQ sauce, mango and white vinegar and butter until you get a homogeneous mixture.
    Cook the sauce in a pot on low heat until it reduces by half. Bat the wings with the sauce on top and mix well until they cover completely. Serve and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with fresh habanero slices.

    TIPS

    You can bake the wings if desired at 200°C (392 °F). If you like them more spicy, add more habanero peppers.
