Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken thighs, or legs
  • 1/2 liters orange juice
  • 6 guajillo chilies
  • 2 pasilla chili peppers
  • 1 garlic
  • 4 black pepper
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Wash the chicken.
Grill the chiles and boil water to put them to rest.
Once the peppers have settled, remove the veins.
Place all the ingredients in the blender and grind perfectly well.
In an express pot place the chicken with little oil and fry it.
Strain the marinade, pour it over the chicken; close the express pot and let cook for 30 min.

PRESENTATION

Serve with cream and bread with spaghetti.
