Preparation
Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, and fry in the hot butter with the garlic, until golden brown. Remove the chicken pieces from the saucepan for a few minutes.
Blend the tomato with the onion and the chipotle chilies, until you have a uniform sauce. Pour into the pan with the chicken fat and let it boil for 5 minutes so that the flavors are integrated.
Add the cola, mix and dip the chicken pieces in the sauce. Let everything boil next to moderate heat until the chicken finishes cooking and is well cooked; approximately 15 minutes.
