Try this recipe to prepare a delicious chicken in cumin sauce, you can take the chicken pieces you want and it will be delicious.


8 portions
  • 1 chicken, in pieces (clean)
  • 2 lemons, the juice
  • 1/2 kilos thick cream
  • 3/4 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/4 tablespoons cumin, whole
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken soup, or chicken background
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • oils, to fry
  • 1/2 cubes chicken soup
  • 60 grams cream cheese


Stir the juice of the lemons with salt, pepper and ground cumin; Using the squeezed lemons, spread the chicken using the lemon juice mixture.
Heat in a saucepan (large enough to cook the chicken). A little oil, add the garlic slightly crushed until brown and remove; chicken pieces are sealed until brown (it is better to brown a few pieces at a time). Remove excess oil from the saucepan and add a little of the chicken broth so that the bottom is peeled off.
The pieces are returned to the casserole and the rest of the broth is added, covered and left to cook for 30 minutes.
When the chicken is cooked, beat the cream cheese until it softens and stir with the cream and the whole cumin, before adding it it should be tempered using a bit of the saucepan broth so that the cream does not cut, stir well add the half cube of broth and leave 5 minutes to get the flavor. Finally only the seasoning is rectified. It can be accompanied with rice (other than white) and some fresh salad.


The chicken background can be substituted for water and the cream cheese is optional.
