Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cups of olive oil
  • 4 spoonfuls of garlic cut into thin slices
  • 1 Cup of guajillo chili pepper cut into slices
  • 4 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    For the garlic, in a bowl mix the oil with garlic, guajillo pepper, chicken and marinate for 30 minutes. Set aside.
    Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the chicken with the marinade and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat or until the garlic is golden and the chicken is cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and garnish with chopped parsley.
