If you like recipes with garlic, prepare this simple chicken with garlic mushrooms. A delicious preparation of chicken breast stuffed with panela cheese accompanied with guajillo chili, garlic, Canola Vita® oil and the touch of parsley. It is ideal for lunch or dinner on any occasion; since its flavor will conquer even the most demanding palates.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Canola Vita®
  • 4 spoonfuls of Garlic cut into thin slices
  • 1 Cup of guajillo chile cut into slices
  • 2 cups of mushroom filleted
  • 4 pieces of Chicken Milanese flattened
  • 200 grams of Panela cheese cut into sticks, to fill
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the garlic in a bowl mix the Canola Vita® oil with the garlic, the guajillo pepper, the mushrooms and marina for 30 minutes. Reservation.
    On a table place chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, stuffed with panela cheese and wrap to form a roll. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Remove from the oven cut into slices and reserve hot.
    Heat a pan over medium heat, add the mushrooms with the marinade and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat or until the garlic is golden and the mushrooms are soft. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley.
    Serve the chicken breast with the garlic mushrooms, add a salad and enjoy.
