Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the garlic in a bowl mix the Canola Vita® oil with the garlic, the guajillo pepper, the mushrooms and marina for 30 minutes. Reservation.
On a table place chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper, stuffed with panela cheese and wrap to form a roll. Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Remove from the oven cut into slices and reserve hot.
