Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 orange
  • 1 dry pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch sea ​​salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 chicken breasts, without skin
  • vegetal oil

Preparation

Turn the charcoal on the grill and let the fathoms with which you are cooking cook. Clean the grill and add a little vegetable oil.
In a bowl, grate the orange and add the finely chopped dried chili, add the paprica, mustard, honey, ketchup, olive oil, salt and pepper. Separate some of this mixture
Add the chicken breasts in the bowl to cover well with the marinade. Cover with plastic and let it rest until the grill is ready.
Transfer the chicken breasts with tongs and cook for 5 minutes each side. Turn every minute and varnish with the marinade you set aside to make it deliciously juicy.
