Preparation
Season the chicken to taste and place it in a frying pan with the butter.
Once fried on both sides remove from the pan and reserve.
In the same pan fry the onion (if necessary add more butter or oil) without browning a lot.
Then add the tomato puree, beer, mushrooms, jalapeño and chicken pieces to boil. Season and serve.
