Ingredients

5 portions
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and cubed
  • 4 cups cambray potato, cut into slices
  • 1/2 onions, cut in pen
  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 can Asparagus cream, Campbell's®
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190 ° C.
Heat the oil in a deep skillet over medium heat add the onion and fry for 3 minutes. Add the chips and fry for 3 more minutes, season with salt. Remove the chips and the onion from the fat.
Add a layer of potatoes, a layer of chicken and a layer of cheese in a refractory. Repeat until you finish with the ingredients. Pour the can of asparagus cream distributing it throughout the refractory.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. After the time rectifies the cooking of the potatoes, remove the aluminum foil and put to brown for 10 minutes more. Remove from oven and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION
