Preparation
Peel the ginger with a spoon and grate finely.
Mix the sesame seeds with the garlic, half the juice, the ginger, the paprika, the orange zest, the pepper, the soy sauce and a spoonful of sesame oil.
Marinade the chicken with the previous mixture in the refrigerator, for one hour.
Heat a large pan and cook the chicken with the sauce for 4 minutes over medium heat. Reservation.
Chop the lettuce and spinach. Cut the avocado into half moons and the radishes into slices.
Add the rest of the oil to the juice of an orange and season with salt.
Place a base with pieces of lettuce and spinach on each plate.
Add the radish and avocado, pour the orange dressing.
Serve the hot chicken over the salad and add the peanut.
