Chile poblano stuffed with chicken and gratin cheese. A way to prepare poblano chilies easy and delicious. Since the chicken mixture of the filling complements the rich flavor of this particular chili from Mexican cuisine. Do not stop trying it.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 poblano peppers, without skin or seeds
  • 2 cups chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 1/4 onions, filleted
  • 2 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 1/4 cups fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 cup cream
  • 200 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

In a pot add the onion and add the tomato. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add chicken and corn; add the cilantro and salt pepper.
Add the cream and mix. Let it cool.
Fill the chiles and sprinkle the cheese. Gratin for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve and garnish with cream and cilantro.

PRESENTATION

Serve with rice.
