Mac and cheese are always the favorite dish of all families, this recipe of pasta in a creamy chipotle sauce with cheddar cheese and manchego cheese is delicious. And also has chicken cubes. Wow!

Ingredients

12 servings
  • enough of Water
  • 1 1/2 cups of elbow pasta
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 1/2 Cup of chipotle chile pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 500 grams of chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 Cup of cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese grated
  • to taste of salt and pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 10 minutes or until it is al dente. Reserve.
Blend the while milk with the Mexican cream, chipotles and the garlic glove.
In a sauce pan, melt the butter and cook the chicken breast. Season with garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper.
Add the blended sauce to the chicken and the shredded cheeses. Add the macaroni and season as preferred.
Serve warm and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve the mac and cheese in a container and enjoy.

TIPS

Do not overcook the pasta because at the moment of mixing them with the creamy sauce they´ll continue cooking.
