This dish, is my creation, I hope you like it. It is a chopped chicken cooked with green herbs that can be served as lunch.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 chickens, chopped without skin
  • salt, to taste
  • 5 garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, in sheets
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon dressing, Red
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 5 tablespoons garlic, joint
  • 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery, Spain, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, medium, diced
  • 1 onion, medium, chopped into squares
  • 1 stem chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Marinate the chicken with salt, garlic, oregano, soy sauce, red dressing and mustard.
Stir well and take everything to a pan with a lid.
Add the 3 tablespoons of oil and place it to sauté the steamer.
Then, since it is ready, we add all the ingredients and place over low heat.
Fry everything, make the sauce creamy. Ready to serve.

PRESENTATION

It is served with white rice, chicken in the center and a sprig of coriander, also with pasta.

TIPS

Teflon frying pan with lid, do not stick, stir with plastic spoon or wood.
