Preparation
For the meatballs, in a bowl mix the ground chicken meat with the salt and pepper to your liking, form the meatballs, stuffed with the ham in cubes and a bit of shredded cheese, reserve.
To bake, dip the meatballs in the egg and cover with bread crumbs.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the oil and fry the meatballs until well cooked. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
For the sauce, heat a pan over medium heat with a square of oil and fry the garlic with onion, tomato and chipotle until the tomatoes almost melt. Fill with the chicken broth and cook until reduced. Blend with the cream cheese and cream until you get a smooth sauce.
Serve a sauce mirror on each plate, arrange the meatballs and decorate with oregano.
