Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 10 pieces of lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 piece of onion
  • 1 Cup of sesame seed
  • Salt to taste
  • oils to fry
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Put the juice of the lemons, onion, garlic, pepper in the blender. Grind everything and cut the breast into strips, marinate in the juice for 20 minutes, drain and reserve the juice.
    In a bowl put the flour, the egg, the sesame and add the juice that we reserve and salt to taste, beat.
    Grease the breasts and put them in the pasta, fry them until they are well cooked.
