  • 2 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon of mashed sugar
  • 3 pieces of chicken thigh without skin
  • 3 pieces of chicken leg without skin
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • 1 Cup of flour
  • 3/4 of Cup of cornstarch
  • 1 Cup of cornflakes
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • 3 cups of oil to fry

    Preparation

    For the buttermilk, mix the milk with the lemon juice, rest for 10 minutes and reserve.
    Mix the paprika, the cayenne pepper, the onion powder, the garlic salt, the white pepper, the salt and the muscovado sugar. Add the chicken and cover with a spoon.
    In a bowl beat the buttermilk with the egg. Add chicken pieces, bay leaves and marina for 2 hours.
    In a bowl add flour, corn starch, corn flakes and baking powder.

    Heat the oil over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
