Ingredients

6 portions
  • 9 chickens, without skin
  • 1/2 kilos cambray potato
  • butter
  • 5 lemons
  • Maggi juices
  • cubes Swiss Knorr, powdered
  • English sauces
  • garlic

Preparation

The butter is placed in the whole refractory and in pieces.
Place the pieces of chicken without skin.
The lemons cut from the edges are interspersed with the chicken, as well as the cambray chips.
They bathe in maggi juice, a little English sauce, garlic powder and Swiss knorr.
The refractory is covered with tin foil.
It is baked at 180º for approximately 2 hours.
