Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 avocados, mature
  • 200 grams chicken breast, cooked and shucked
  • 4 tablespoons cream
  • 2 carrots, finely grated
  • 2 branches celery, chopped into small squares
  • salt, and pepper to taste

Preparation

In a bowl stir the chicken, cream, carrot and celery.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise. Remove the bone.
Fill the avocados with the chicken salad. It serves.
