Ingredients

8 portions
  • 10 chickens, washed
  • 1/4 kilos ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3 tablespoons English sauce
  • ground peppers, cool
  • sea ​​salt, to taste
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/2 tablespoons Maggi juice
  • 1/4 kilos cambray potato

Preparation

Wash chicken pieces very well.
In a bowl put all the above mentioned ingredients except the chicken and mix very well.
The pieces of chicken are poured into the bowl and mixed with the marinade and let marinate for 2 hours so that it is impregnated with flavor like the potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
In a previously hot pan, seal the chicken pieces on both sides. Once the chicken has been sealed, it is placed in a refractory oven with the potatoes and the remaining marinade. Cover your refractory with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour or until the potatoes and chicken are cooked. Do not let your juices be consumed.
Once cooked you take it out and it's ready to serve

PRESENTATION

It is served in a flat dish: a piece of chicken with 2 chambray potatoes and a little juice that the chicken released.
