Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 Knorr® chicken bouillon, Cube
  • 500 grams bird liver, Chicken, clean, cut into small pieces.
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons brandy
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 4 teaspoons oil

Preparation

In a saucepan over medium heat heat the oil and acitron the onion. Add the garlic and saute for a moment while still moving.
Add the livers and fry them for 3 min, while still moving. Remove them and place them on absorbent paper.
Pour the brandy into the pan and raise the intensity of the fire a little. Return the livers and cook a couple of minutes. Serve them hot.
