  • 1 cup Salsa Frank's® Red Hot Wings, for the dressing
  • 3/4 cups butter, melted for dressing
  • 2 tablespoons yellow lemon juice, for the dressing
  • enough Salsa Frank's® Red Hot Wings, to breach
  • enough flour, to breach
  • enough salt
  • enough black pepper
  • enough vegetable oil
  • enough chives, finely chopped, to decorate
  • enough corn, yellow, grilled, to accompany

Preparation

For the dressing, mix Red Hot ® Sauce, butter and yellow lemon juice.
For the Cajun mix, mix the paprika, salt, onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, thyme and oregano.
Marina the chicken with the Cajun mix and the Italian dressing for 30 minutes. Reservation.
To fry, mix the flour with enough salt, pepper and Cajun mix in a bowl; reservation. Bathe the chicken pieces with the Red Hot ® Sauce, drain the excess and cover completely with the flour. In a pan with enough hot oil, fry the chicken pieces for approximately 10 minutes at medium temperature. Reservation.
