Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 chicken thighs, Cooked
  • 3 carrots, grated in raw
  • 2 pumpkins, grated in raw
  • 1/2 cups pea, Cooked
  • 1/2 onions, medium bite
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • enough chicken consommé
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Preparation

The chicken is crumbled.
In a hot saucepan with the oil add the chicken and onion for about 3 min. After this time, add the vegetables, the consommé and the pimenta stew for 5 more minutes and check the flavor
So heat the stew to fill the cold tortillas, put them on a hot comal over low heat and brown them on both sides for several minutes.

TIPS
