Fry the diced onion in small pieces, add the garlic cloves and the chopped yellow pepper. Season with pepper and cumin and add the chicken in small pieces. Move
Add the yellow potatoes and diced carrots to the broth.
Add the chicken in pieces and let cook. Once cooked, unravel and reserve.
In the end add parsley and chopped oregano. Rectify the seasoning. Let reduce until there is a texture of stewed broth.
