This is a recipe for chicken tacos very rich and tasty that can be accompanied by a rich pasta soup.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 breast, whole cooked and shucked
  • 1 1/2 kilos tortilla dough
  • 1 kilo tomato, for the sauce
  • 12 serrano peppers, or chile de uña de picho (preferably), for the sauce
  • 1/2 lettuce, chopped and disinfected, for the tacos
  • oils, the necessary
  • 1/4 fresh cheeses, to decorate
  • 1 Nestle media creama, to decorate
  • salt, the needed

Preparation

Boil the tomatoes with the chilies, once boiled they are liquefied with a bit of the same water with which they boiled and reserve the rest.
In a saucepan put some oil to fry the sauce. Put the sauce in the saucepan and add the necessary salt and leave to season.
Once the sauce is seasoned, add the other water that we had reserved so that there is no watery or thick sauce to the point.
When he's making the sauce, he starts making the tortillas by hand.
Since the tortilla was filled with chicken and cooked to the hot sauce is removed and so on until finishing with the tacos that are going to eat.
They are put on a plate and put on the lettuce, cheese and cream.

PRESENTATION
