Preparation
Heat the Chiplomango Herdez® Sauce, butter, garlic, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and cook in a pot for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced.
In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and seal the chicken, add the glaze and cook for 15 minutes. Reservation.
Grill the pineapples on both sides and cut into cubes.
In a comal, heat the tortillas and add the chicken, the asadero cheese and fold in half.
Serve with roasted pineapple, decorate with cilantro and accompany with lemons. Enjoy
