To enjoy a delicious gringa you do not have to leave home and less if you have this recipe for chicken gringa. To prepare it and make it even tastier, it is glazed with Herdez® Chiplomango Sauce and is a variant of the dish just as rich for what they don't eat pork. Accompany it with roasted pineapple and fresh cilantro, and enjoy it from your home, but with the taste of a gringo made in taqueria.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 cups Chiplomango Herdez® Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 cups chicken breast
  • 1 cup pineapple, in slices
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup asadero cheese, grated
  • enough fresh coriander, finely chopped to decorate

Preparation

Heat the Chiplomango Herdez® Sauce, butter, garlic, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, pepper and cook in a pot for 15 minutes, or until the sauce is reduced.
In a pan over medium heat, add the oil and seal the chicken, add the glaze and cook for 15 minutes. Reservation.
Grill the pineapples on both sides and cut into cubes.
In a comal, heat the tortillas and add the chicken, the asadero cheese and fold in half.
Serve with roasted pineapple, decorate with cilantro and accompany with lemons. Enjoy
