Preparation
We will cook the chicken legs in the water for 40 minutes over medium heat with salt and pepper to taste.
For the sauce, sauté in oil over low heat the onions together with the peppers until golden brown.
Add the glass of coke, the vegetables and cook over low heat until a caramel forms.
After the chicken is cooked we will bathe it in the still hot sauce and serve it.
