Ingredients

8 portions
  • 2 kilos chicken leg, and clean thighs
  • 1 kilo potato cambray
  • 1 kilo cambray onion
  • 2 poblano peppers, clean and in slits
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth cube
  • 100 grams manchego cheese, gouda or the one of your preference that gratin

Preparation

Wash the chicken pieces, as well as the potatoes with everything and skin, the onions are removed their tails and washed.
The chilies are burned, bagged to sweat, cleaned, and sliced. Everything is already very clean.
The oven is preheated to about 220 ° C
The refractory is greased with butter, put the chicken, potatoes, onions and chili peppers.
In a small pot, put the butter to melt and there dissolve the 3 teaspoons of Knorr, that is poured into the chicken.
Cover the pan with the aluminum foil. Put in the oven for 60 minutes, check the cooking after 30 minutes, cut the rest of the butter and put it in the ovenproof dish, close and wait the next 30 minutes.
When the cooking time passes, uncover the refractory, sprinkle the cheese and leave it for 5 minutes to brown and melt the cheese, and that's it!

PRESENTATION

At home it is served with white rice, tortillas or bread.

TIPS

If the chicken looks dry, you can add a little chicken or vegetable broth, it is important to rectify the salt.
