Ingredients

8 portions
  • 200 grams chicken, ground
  • 1 egg yolk, smoothie
  • 1/3 cups oat cereal, for baby
  • 30 grams cheddar cheese, or parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoons basil, powdered
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Prepare a dish with waxed paper.
Form small meatballs and place them on the plate.
In a pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
Let the meatballs brown.
Remove excess fat by placing them on kitchen paper.
Let cool and serve.
