Chicken Meatballs in Guajillo Sauce

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 guajillo chilies, roasted and seedless
  • 1/2 onions, grilled
  • 2 cloves garlic, roasted
  • 6 eggs, Cooked
  • 1/4 cups ground bread
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • 850 grams ground beef, of chicken
  • 5 red tomatoes, without skin or seeds
  • 2 whole cloves
  • 4 cups chicken soup
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 600 grams Milagesas de Pollo Suprema Tyson®

Preparation

Add the ground chicken meat with the onion and chopped garlic cloves , the finely chopped cilantro, the mustard, the beaten egg and the crushed bread. Mix with your hands.
Form the meatballs and fill them with half a boiled egg.
Hydrate the peppers in hot water, mix with the garlic and onion roasted. Add the chicken broth, blend again, add the tomatoes, cloves and cumin. Strain and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Place the meatballs in the broth leave over medium heat until they are cooked. Salpimenta to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve with white rice.
