  • 1 cup of whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup of McCormick® Mustard
  • 3 tablespoons of butter melted
  • 1 cup of chicken soup
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup of carrot cooked and diced
  • 1 cup of green bean cooked
  • 1 cup of celery finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of garlic powder
  • 3 cups of ground chicken
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 2 cups of manchego cheese grated
  • 1 cup of ground bread
  • to taste of salt
  • to taste of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1/4 of cup of parsley finely chopped
  • enough of parsley to decorate
  • enough of bread To accompany

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the whipping cream with mustard, melted butter, chicken broth and eggs; add onion, carrot, green beans, garlic powder, salt and pepper, mix well. Add celery, ground chicken meat, Manchego cheese and ground bread, integrate well. Finally, add the flour, thyme and parsley.
Grease a cake pan and pour the mixture you prepared, cover with aluminum and bake for 35 minutes at 180 ° C.
Cool, unmold and decorate with peppers and parsley.

PRESENTATION

Present the complete cake, cut slices and decorate with parsley.
