The parmigiana chicken rolls are delicious chicken breasts stuffed with vegetables and cream cheese accompanied by a rich tomato puree sauce. It is a very easy recipe to prepare and with a spectacular taste.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cups spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 cream cheese
  • 4 teaspoons salt
  • 4 Chicken steak, (that are not too thin)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mashed tomatoes, with fresh chili Del Fuerte®
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 for the filling)
  • 5 branches parsley

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat three tablespoons of oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, onion and sauté for two minutes. Add the spinach and cook for 5 more minutes, remove from heat and drain the spinach. Chill
Mix the spinach with the cream cheese and the half cup of Parmesan cheese in a bowl and salt. Fill the chicken breasts with this mixture, roll and bake in a tray with silicone mat for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Incorporate the Tomato Puree with Fresh Chili Del Fuerte® and cook for 5 minutes moving constantly.
Remove the tray and add the mixture of Fresh Tomato Puree with Chili Del Fuerte® over the breasts, cover them with the rest of the Parmesan cheese and return to the oven for 5 more minutes or until the cheese gratins.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with mashed potatoes.

TIPS

Salt the breasts on both sides, before filling.
