Preparation
Clean the chicken breasts very well.
Cut the chicken and onion into squares. Cut the zucchini into slices and cut the mushrooms in half.
In a deep bowl add the chicken together with the vegetables, the olive oil, 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Chicken Broth, the lemon juice, the parsley and the pepper. Mix.
Assemble the skewers by putting chicken alternated with the vegetables on each stick.
In a hot skillet, cook the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.
