Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® chicken bouillon
  • 800 grams boneless chicken breast, and without skin
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 zucchini, sliced
  • 15 mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1/2 onions, cut into squares
  • 2 lemons, (the juice)
  • 1/2 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch black pepper, to taste
  • skewer sticks

Preparation

Clean the chicken breasts very well.
Cut the chicken and onion into squares. Cut the zucchini into slices and cut the mushrooms in half.
In a deep bowl add the chicken together with the vegetables, the olive oil, 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Chicken Broth, the lemon juice, the parsley and the pepper. Mix.
Assemble the skewers by putting chicken alternated with the vegetables on each stick.
In a hot skillet, cook the skewers until the chicken is cooked through.
