Ingredients

  • 5 SuKarne® Chicken Legs
  • 5 SuKarne® Chicken Thighs
  • 1/2 cups salt, for the marinade
  • 2 cups natural yogurt, for the marinade
  • 2 cups milk, for the marinade
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 3/4 cups cornstarch
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 oils

Preparation

For the marinade: In a large bowl, mix the salt with 8 cups of cold water. Add the chicken, cover and refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours. Strain and throw the water.
Add yogurt and milk, refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours.
For the empanizer: Mix all the ingredients and place them on an extended plate.
Fill a large pot in half with oil and heat at 180 ° C.
Remove the chicken from the milk and yogurt mixture and cover it with the empanizer without rinsing it.
Fry the chicken, 3 pieces at a time, 16 minutes approx. Accompany with salad or biscuits.
