Preparation
Put the previously washed thighs without fat in a glass bowl.
Squeeze the lemons into another bowl and add the other seasonings. Mix well to integrate everything and form a marinade.
Pour the mixture into the bowl with the thighs, bathe them completely. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Remove the thighs from the refrigerator, cook them in a pan with a little hot oil over medium heat until they are cooked on the inside and browned on the outside.
