A variant of the traditional lemon chicken, much more spicy and rich. The touch that each ingredient and seasoning gives is spectacular, and the best thing is that it is more than easy to do.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 8 pieces of chicken thigh without skin, clean
  • 5 green lemons
  • 1 tablespoon of ground ginger
  • 1 teaspoonful of McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of Seasoning juice
  • 1/8 of tablespoon of nutmeg powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon of wine vinegar red
  • 1/8 of tablespoon of Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh coriander finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of epazote chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • olive oils
  • onion powder
  • ground oregano

    Preparation

    Put the previously washed thighs without fat in a glass bowl.
    Squeeze the lemons into another bowl and add the other seasonings. Mix well to integrate everything and form a marinade.
    Pour the mixture into the bowl with the thighs, bathe them completely. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
    Remove the thighs from the refrigerator, cook them in a pan with a little hot oil over medium heat until they are cooked on the inside and browned on the outside.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with lemon slices.

    TIPS

    This dish goes well with mashed potatoes or white rice.
