This recipe is my family's favorite. I hope and they like it as much as we do, it's easy, rich, and economical. This dish is generational, since from my grandmother, my mother and now I, we elaborate it.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 cup chicken, shredding
  • 5 poblano peppers, roasted and deveined
  • 1 cup corn kernels
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 onions, in thin slices
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Put the tablespoon of butter, add the onion sauteed until it takes a transparent color, add the poblano roasted, deveined and in strips.
You incorporate the granites of corn, salpimentas, let season for 5 minutes more, lower the fire, add the cream and ready.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate with poblano slices and corn kernels.

TIPS

You can accompany a white rice.
